Values
Aspen Grove Mediation is a full-service mediation firm built around these values:
-
We create a calm, grounded container where people can speak honestly and everyone’s voice can be heard.
-
The parties are in control. We do not rush consent or push a deal that doesn’t fit. Meaningful resolutions are those designed by you.
-
We remain impartial and protect the integrity of the process. We are here as your guide through the conflict - not to direct your decision making.
-
We focus on the reasons underneath positions, because understanding each party’s position is what unlocks durable resolution.
-
We believe that everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. We believe that people are bigger than their thoughts, emotions, and conclusions.
Our Mission
To consciously guide parties through conflict so they can explore the possibility of meaningful resolution from a place of understanding.
Begin the process by scheduling today.
A Mediation Discovery Session is the place to start no matter where you’re at in the process.
During this session we will answer any questions you have about the process, discuss the general nature of your conflict, discuss how to invite the other party to mediate, and schedule a mediation (if both parties are ready and have dates).
We would be honored to be your partners in your mediation journey.
-
Mediation is a facilitated conversation designed to help people work through conflict in a professional environment. Mediation creates a safe structured space where both sides can be heard and practical options can be explored from a place of understanding.
-
You can expect a calm, structured, and respectful process. We’ll set clear ground rules, keep the conversation focused, and make sure each person has a real chance to be heard. I’m not here to take sides or push an outcome—I’m here to help you move from stuck and reactive to clear, constructive, and solution-focused, so you can reach agreements that actually work in real life.
-
In court, someone else decides. In mediation, you stay in control. The process is typically faster, less expensive, and designed to reduce damage and preserve working or personal relationships.
-
Not necessarily. Some people attend without lawyers; others consult legal counsel in the background or include attorneys in the sessions. We’ll design a process that fits your needs and comfort level.
-
Generally, yes. Mediation is intended to be private so parties can speak candidly and explore solutions. We’ll explain how confidentiality works for your specific matter before you begin.
-
No. The mediator doesn’t take sides or make decisions. Our role is to help the conversation stay productive, clarify what matters, and support you in reaching workable solutions.
-
Schedule a mediation discovery call where we can discuss your conflict, answer your questions, determine how to invite the other party, review the mediation agreement, and make a plan that fits your needs.
