Aspen Grove Mediation is a full-service mediation and dispute resolution company. If you have a conflict, we are here to help. Our focus and passion is guiding people who are in conflict to have difficult conversations in a safe space. We also provide more conventional mediation services such as settlement conferences when necessary.

Our Team

Dave Albrechta

After 10 years as an employment lawyer litigating in state and federal court, Dave began searching for new ways to help people in conflict. He has over 120 hours of mediation training and has participated in many mediations both as a lawyer and as a mediator. He has a passion for helping people keep control of a conflict so that they can find meaningful, lasting solutions that work for them.

Isaac Murphy

A Durango native, Isaac is approaching the mediation table unconventionally, from a background in conservation corps, wilderness therapy, and farrier work.  He brings a genuine desire to make room for people to uncover basic motivations that can eventually become common ground with others.  He has been involved with and studying mediation and restorative justice, both formally and informally, for the past several years.
